In order to make a binding reservation for a vacation item, please fax a completed and signed reservation form to the fax number +49 (0)321 - 212 84 876. This fax number can also be found directly on the form itself.
You will find the reservation form to print out below, both as a PDF and as a Word document. Both versions offer you the option of filling in the form on the computer first, before you print, sign and fax us the form.

The reservation procedure in detail
The reservation procedure is simple. So that you know just what to do in order to book a vacation residence with us, we have described the procedure in detail:
1. Check out what we have to offer via the telephone or on our website, then let us know by calling, writing an e-mail or via the request form on the website what you are looking for and what vacation item you are interested in and for what timeframe. (If you don’t have a specific item already in mind, we will be happy to consult with you over the telephone and then put together a selection of items according to your needs that we will send to you via e-mail.)
2. We will then check the availability of the vacation residence for you and let you know if it is still free. If the item is already taken we will offer you an alternative that we think is the closest alternative to what you were looking for.
3. After we have confirmed the availability of the vacation residence, fax us the completed and signed reservation form, so that we can make a binding reservation for you.
4. You will then receive a reservation confirmation via e-mail, which is also your bill.
5. Then transfer the payment amount listed on the reservation confirmation in euros to the bank account provided (the full price for last minute bookings), and then fax us the receipt of transfer for the payment so that your booking is complete.
6. After we have received your initial payment, you will receive an according confirmation by us. The remaining amount has to be paid according to the information of the reservation confirmation. You will then receive the trip documents.
7. We are very pleased that you have decided to book your vacation with us, and we will do our best to make sure that you feel great during your vacation – naturally the most important and enjoyable time of the year.
Payment conditions
For Holiday properties with a rental price starting from 3500 € per week or more an initial payment of 50 % of the overall price and for all other Holiday properties an initial payment of 25% of the overall price shall be due within 3 working days following receipt of the booking and reservation confirmation which is deemed the invoice.
The remaining payment shall be transferred unsolicited to the banking account specified above within 8 weeks after the booking, but utmost 90 days prior to arrival.
If the holiday property is booked less than 90 days in advance before the start of the journey, the payment of the overall price shall be effected immediately at the time of booking.
