Daphne Villas can be found nestling in the rocky hillside in a row of 4 houses up the hill close to Agios Nikolaos. There position high up above the Bay enables one to enjoy beautiful views towards the sea. Sit and watch the big cruise boats in the distance as they ply their way around the island or just soak up the Cretan sunshine from this magical spot.

The owner cleverly constructed the villas in such a way, that you can not see from one villa to the poolside of the neighbouring villa, except, when you enter or leave your house on the backside, in order to secure absolute privacy to each of the villas. Very modern in design he has used wood, glass and natural stone to its maximum effect, ensuring a very light airy feel to the villa and complementing the views from every room.

The lower floor comprises of an air-conditioned open plan living area with a modern well fitted kitchen, which has dishwasher, microwave, a fridge and a freezer. This leads into the comfortably furnished lounge/dining room with satellite TV (limited English channels), DVD and CD player. Floor to ceiling patio doors stretch almost the width of the room leading out to a spacious balcony that overlooks the sea.

Stairs lead up to the first floor and to an air-conditioned double and twin bedroom, both with balconies and those wonderful views. Each of these bedrooms shares a bathroom with bathtub.

Outside there is a shaded area with table and chairs for al-fresco dining and then steps lead down to the pool area and small garden, which has sun loungers, umbrellas and a hammock. The approx. 4 x 9 metre large pool takes pride of place to the front of the property. The pool terrace is just a perfect place to sip a cool drink and watch the magnificent sunsets over the bay.
